- lox
- cream cheese
- red onion (thin sliced)
- capers
- baguette
- cut baguette into 1/2″ slices
- toast in oven on broil till light brown then flip and toast till light brown again
- take toasted baguette and spread a medium thickness layer of cream cheese, add a slice of lox, a small bit of red onion and 2-3 capers
- serve
