mexican soup

  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 carton low sodium chicken stock
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 russet potato
  1. chop carrots and potato and chicken breast into 1/4″ pieces
  2. put all ingredients into large pot and bowl till potatoes and carrots are soft
